On January 6th, Invited by Professor CHEN Liwei, Prof. GUO Lin from Beihang University visited Sinano and made a report named “Preparation and properties of inorganic amorphous micro nano materials”.
Prof. Guo’s research interest is focused on Preparation, microstructure characterization and properties of nanostructured materials. In this report, Prof. Guo introduced his work on the inorganic amorphous materials. Prof. Guo’s team synthesized nickel hydroxide, alumina graphene complexes and Ag inorganic amorphous materials, and got quality performance by controlling the shape and size. At the same time, they also found a amorphous material with long-range-order, which opens a new field of materials. Prof. Guo’s wonderful work and academic report raised a heated discussion and deep reflection.
Guo Lin, male, born in October 1964, Ministry of education "Yangtze River Scholar Award Program distinguished professor; new century millions project national candidates; country outstanding youth fund, the government of the State Council special allowance, Baosteel excellent teacher award winner. He received a bachelor's degree, master's, doctoral degree from Northeast Normal University, Jilin University, Beijing Institute of Technology. Now he is the vice president of chemistry and environment department of Beihang University, deputy director of education bionic intelligent interface science and technology key laboratory of ministry.
