On 23 - 24 May, Prof. LIANG Junwu, the member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering visited to Suzhou Institute of Nano-tech & Nano-bionics (SINANO), CAS. He also had a lecture on how to deal with competitions for solar cell materials and devices, which was welcomed by researchers and students.

During the visit, Prof. LIANG had a visit to the MBE Lab, MOCVD Lab, Terahertz Devices and Applications Lab, Nano-Carbon Materials Lab, Nanofabrication Facility and Platform of Characterization and Testing. Prof. LIANG had a further communication with different lab researchers and appreciated SINANO’s first-class research facilities and achievements a lot.

LIANG Junwu, born in 1932, expert in semiconductor materials. He was elected as the member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) in 1998.
