Synopsis:

Under the overall strategic development layout made by Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-bionics (SINANO), Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS), the Research Division of System Integration & IC Design is vigorously developing innovative technologies on relevant physical device system integration and promoting orderly development and transformation of scientist and technology which meet the national strategy and industrial development demands. To achieve success in integration and terminal application of relevant physic devices system, the division merges multidisciplinary technologies: Optics, Mechanical, Electronic, Control, Materials, Thermodynamics, etc. Until currently, the Research Division of System Integration & IC Design has undertaken projects from National Major Projects, the National Nature Science Foundation of China, Pilot Projects of CAS, Knowledge Innovation Project of CAS, Scientific Research Equipment project of CAS and local scientific research projects.

Research Direction:

1. Research on True Random Number Generator (TRNG) and spontaneous chaos based on semiconductor superlattice

2. Research on high efficiency solar technology and systems engineering development

3. Research on high-power RF-LDMOS microwave load-pull automatic test technology

4. Research on grazing angle electron beam deposition coating technology

Personnel Team:

16 staffs in total: including 3 Professors, 1 Associate Professor, 1 Senior Engineer, 6 Research Associates, 3 Research Assistants, 2 Post Doctors. Specialized fields such as Semiconductor, Condensed Matter Physics, Optical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Circuit Design, Software Development, etc.
