On the afternoon of April 18, the Russian delegation led by Prof. Lafitskiy Vladimir Ilich, Vice Director of the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, visited Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech & Nano-bionics (SINANO). Prof. BIAN Lifeng and Prof. LI Jiong extended a warm welcome to the foreign guests.
During their visit, the delegation first visited SINANO’s exhibition hall, where they knew the brief introduction of SINANO’s, including the construction history, research directions, organizational structure, research facilities, program of experts and achievements in international cooperation and exchanges. After exhibition hall tour, the two sides had an extensive and in-depth discussion on a range of issues including the administrative management policy, talent team construction and so on.
